3 PHASES OF TRAINING
PHASE 1 - CONDITIONING
The conditioning phase is where we all start. This is where we get your body prepared for intense training. Some people just try and jump into goal specific training, but the body doesn't work that way. We have to carefully get your body into a fully functional state of cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and power while maintaining proper form. Skipping this phase leads to illness, serious injury, lack of progress and many times discourages you from obtaining your goal.
This phase takes anwhere from 4 - 8 weeks to complete, depending on your current level of health and fitness.
PHASE 2 - GOAL SPECIFIC
The goal specific phase is where we get down to business and turn up the heat. Your now ready for intense training that will test you both physically and mentally. While Phase 1 isn't easy, you will notice a big difference of intensity moving into Phase 2. This is the time that we really start seeing you make steady improvments that bring you closer and closer to our goal.
We stay in Phase 2 for as long as it takes to reach our goal.
PHASE 3 - ELITE
Once we've reached our goal that we had set out to accomplish you now have 2 options. You may be satisfied and choose to simply maintain your new level of fitness, which is great. That is, after all, why we started in the first place. However, what will usually happen is you will have created a new goal for yourself which will now enter you into Phase 3 and make you an Elite Client.
An Elite Client is someone who has succeeded in achieving their goals, but wants to take it to the next level. Words can't begin to explain the level of difficulty and intensity involved in this type of training.
Health & Fitness are an addiction, but no addiction feels greater!
