Online Personal Training

Online Training most certainly has it's benefits. While it doesn't have the same advantages as having me physically there to train and push you, it still has it's advantages to include:

     - Personalized Workout Programs 

     - Diet/Meal Plans and healthy foods to keep you on track to your goals

     - 24/7 access to me by both phone (call/text) and email

     - Train at your own convenience. Don't have to worry about a trainers scheduled availablity.

     - Limitations of location or travel. As long as you have internet access, no matter where you are I can train you.

     - Comfort. You don't have to worry about any awkwardness or discomfort of working with a new trainer.



The first step before you purchase anything is either call or email me so we can discuss in detail what your goals are, what kind of schedule you have and how we can fit your workout in, how healthy your diet is, and what kind of workouts you can do (home, gym, park, etc.). Don't buy the training until you've spoken or written to me and have full confidence in its value.

After you purchase the training I will send you a personalized training program set up around your schedule and gym/equipment access to get you on track to your goals. By gym/equipment access I mean that if you don't have a gym I'll write you workouts that you can do at home or in a nearby park. I'm not going to force you to get a gym membership if you don't want one.

Depending on your progress, you'll be getting a new workout program from me about once a month. I expect feedback on how your workouts go, the consistancy of your diet and any questions you might have about anything. This is a two sided partnership, if you don't communicate with me I won't be able to train you to the best of my ability. You can reach me by phone (call or text) and email, whichever you prefer. If I don't answer you call, leave me messages and I will always call you right back as soon as I can.

I'll send you various meal plans and lists of healthy foods custom to your goals. Refer you to websites where you can obtain a lot of usful recipes or gain information that is useful in achieving your goals.

Just because I'm not there physically doesn't mean we can't work together to achieve your goals. Contact me and we'll talk over your goals and see if online training is the best option for you.


Purchase Types (No Contracts or Hidden Fees)

1 Month of Training - You make a payment of $75 that covers 1 month of online training. It's a good way to just try it out and see if it's something you want to continue on with. Then if you'd like you can sign up for Bi-Weekly Training, or you can continue making a $75 payment each month. I'll let you know when your next payment is due at the end of each month to continue with training.


Bi-Weekly Training - A little bit less money, your account will automatically be charged $35 dollars every 2 weeks, coming out to $70 each month depending on how the weeks fall that month. This option is more convenient in that you don't have to worry about making a new bulk payment every month. It's broken up to make payments easier. Once again there is no contract, you can stop the payments anytime you want. It's just an option that some people prefer.


1 Month of Training

Pay by the month as you go. This is a single payment of $75.00 that gets you 1 month of online training. You will have to make a new payment each month to continue with training.  All benefits of training are included.

 Bi-Weekly Training

This is an ongoing onling training membership. This signs you up continuous training for $35 every 2 weeks. The cost is slightly less than purchasing 1 Month of Training, but mostly is more convenient as you don't have to physically make a payment each month to continue with training. All benefits of training are included.
